It is our goal that your love you Tipi & Folk purchase. When selecting your size, refer to the fit details under the Sizing Recommendation on each product page. If you have a question about a particular style, send your measurements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you find the right size.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied, send an email to email@example.com within three (3) days of purchase. The goods should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It must be in the same condition that you received it - with tags intact and in its original packaging. Should returned goods meet the above mentioned conditions, a replacement (of the same kind) will be sent to you. Depending on the availability of the product for exchange, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary.
Tipi & Folk, in its sole discretion, may reject your request for return and exchange. Certain situations where the policy does not apply:
Any item purchased on sale
Any item with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than three (3) days after delivery.
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping fee and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We want you to love your Tipi & Folk piece and are committed to providing you with the best fit. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer an exchange within three (3) days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in its complete packaging.
